y’all should download this app called “breathe.” it’s a meditation app and it asks you how you’re feeling and you can specify emotions (positive and negative) and it gives you choices. each meditation is like 6 minutes only. I just did one before I started studying for tomorrow’s exam bc I felt really anxious and discouraged and I did it and completely immersed myself in it and now I feel focused and much calmer. try it!!!
so theres this guy who has caught my interest since the first day of school. and he’s been showing some interest in me, and we talked yesterday, and let mee just say.. i havent felt like this in years. i havent liked someone, and i mean legit liked someone new in about 5 years. and now here i am sitting here listening to taylor swift and all of these love songs, and getting butterflies just thinking about him.
